What you can control now

• View, export, import, or delete Your Homebuying Plan, including saved ZIP codes and saved research.
• Delete individual saved Realtor client scenarios in the Realtor Client Scenario Builder.
• Reopen Privacy Choices from the persistent button.
• Use calculators without creating an account.

What this browser stores

The guest plan, saved ZIP codes and research, Realtor client scenarios and profile, and your consent preferences use browser localStorage on this device. JSON export creates a file you control; importing a file replaces or adds the plan information described by the plan import screen; it does not include Realtor scenarios. Use the plan controls to delete the saved plan and research, delete Realtor scenarios in the builder, or clear site data in your browser to remove all local data. Others using this browser can see locally saved entries.

External application handoff

Choosing the mortgage-application link leaves Jesse Kynaston at NEXA Mortgage, LLC for an external application service. Do not enter mortgage-application data into the planning tools on this site.

Optional online saved results

When configured, Your account lets you sign in, view the completed scenarios you intentionally saved, sign out, or record an account and saved-data deletion request for business review. Deletion is not immediate; records and notification copies must be reviewed under the business retention policy. Clearing this browser does not remove those online records. Guest plans are not automatically uploaded or merged into an account.

Communication choices

Online saving does not require permission for unrelated marketing. Requested contact by email, text, or call uses a separate unchecked choice. Privacy Choices does not grant that permission. Data that does not belong here

Do not enter Social Security numbers, dates of birth, bank credentials, documents, or mortgage-application data. Use the external mortgage application when you are ready.
